Ifikile puts the job on the driver's phone. The driver works through a checklist, takes photos, gets a signature and closes the job. The office gets one record with the time, the place and a fingerprint to check it against.

What it is
Proof of delivery that works with no signal.
Once Ifikile has been opened with signal, it opens and completes jobs with no connection at all: power cuts, a tower down, a basement loading bay. Finished records wait on the phone until there is signal to send them.
There is no app store and no sign-up. The driver opens it in the phone's browser and adds it to the home screen. Ifikile shrinks photos on the phone, so it stays light on data.

Closing the job stamps the time and seals the record. The office checks it against the fingerprint in the driver's message. Anything changed after sealing will not match.

What people ask first.
Does it need signal?
Only the first time it opens. After that it opens and completes jobs with no connection, and finished records wait on the phone until there is signal to send them.
Do drivers install anything?
No. The driver opens the job link in the phone's browser and can add Ifikile to the home screen. There is no app store and no account.
How does the office know a record was not changed?
Closing a job seals the record and the driver's message carries its fingerprint. Checked against that fingerprint on Verify, any photo or detail changed after sealing shows up as a mismatch.
Where is the job data kept?
On the phone. Names, signatures, photos and locations stay there until someone chooses to send a record. Ifikile reads the location only when the driver taps for it.
