The situation
You have photographed every job you have ever done. Thousands of images, sitting in folders on a drive, doing nothing. Meanwhile the website shows six pictures and a phone number, and every enquiry starts with a stranger asking whether you have done work like theirs before — a question the archive answers completely and the website answers not at all.
What was built
The whole archive, processed rather than curated — over a thousand source images deduplicated, and 995 of them built programmatically into the site's own manifest. Alt text and captions generated from data instead of typed by hand, which is what makes an archive that size correct rather than merely large. A lean processing mode kept the whole set at 99MB instead of an estimated 1.7GB.

100/100/100/100 on Lighthouse mobile — performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, zero failures, on both the home page and the work page. Two days. A prospect can now see the answer to "have you done this before" without asking.
